Gather the following ingredients:

3 cups of gratitude
2 cups of kindness
2 heaping tablespoons of confidence
4 ripe smiles
A pinch (or more) of laughter
Add sweetness to taste

In your bowl (heart), mix the above ingredients. Stir in compassion and patience until you get the right consistency. Remember to add a little extra love to give it that special flavor.

Put it in the sun for a few minutes (or longer) depending how well things are rising to the top.

Indulge as much as you want, but savor every morsel.

(Do not use any ingredients in the back of the cupboard such as resentment, guilt, ill will or a comparison to others. Any of these will spoil the recipe and cause a bitter taste.)

Enjoy! I suggest whipping up a batch every day.
